  12. What Next? • Finalising the ESIF strategy, potentially tweaking to reflect UK/EC negotiations up until OP signed off • Setting up the ESIF Area Committee (closing date 9 th Oct) • Working up implementation plan • ESF OP signed in the Autumn • Programme live early in New Year
