  • Systems for reporting of results are not fully synchronized.
  • Documentation of telephone calls, requests, orders, and

significant conversations was overwhelmed. Emails are their own records.

  • Some confusion when events take the exercise off-script.

WAPHL, as a player, went with the improv.
