The EED provides flexible financing options at low interest rates to support conservation and demand management projects in the City of Toronto.
Parameters
EED can Finance up to 100% of the capital cost of an energy retrofit Retrofits must have a return on investment of 20 years or less Interest rates are fixed at the City’s cost of borrowing
Loan is repayable regardless of energy savings
