The company

The company has been established in 1996 to perform and manage the realisation of the Science and Technology Park using EU Funds ERDF CEE 2081/93 – Action 3.1 “Technology Parks -

  • bj. 2” and the EU “RE-

Start Thermie – integrated quality targeted project - building DG energy and transport”.

The project has been possible thanks to a very strong co-operation among local authorities and business associations.

The vision : a space in which SMEs, Research Bodies and start up companies share services and equipments, join for new initiatives and develop new projects

EP is an eco site : high investment in renewable,

consume reduction and pollution prevention technologies

Environment Park represents today an original

experience among the European Technology and

Science Parks thanks to the ability to combine

technological innovation and eco-efficiency, hosting several companies and Research Institutes operating both in the Environmental Protection field and the

I CT field.

Green Building Observatories

The activities of the Green Building Observatories refer to the consultancy on sustainable solutions for the construction industry. Since 1998 with the european project ECJ (Environmentally Compatible Jobs) Environment Park has started to operate in the green building and employment of renewable energies sector. Green building observatories deal with:

  • Consultancy and design
  • Building certification
  • Writing
  • f

call for proposals and specifications for the public administration

The Poles of Innovation

On April 2009, in the framework of EU ERDF Regional Plan, Regione Piemonte has created 12 “Poli di I nnovazione” with the mission to support the implementations of regional policies

  • n innovation and technological development

The Poles of Innovation are clusters of enterprises and R&D centers focussed on specific technological domains
