Problem Statement
rate) paid for Electricity consumption. On 2005 STL has forecast for total Electricity hourly rate is 13.80 THB. And we have policy to reduce electricity consumption to support ISO 14001 and NEW2 program Project Objective
Primary Metric Consequential Metric/s Fix same as 04 unit price Electricity cost

SECTION THREE
Before After Electricity usage drops significantly after improvement
Delay to turn on Air compressor from 7:10 AM to 7:50 AM and 19:10 PM to 19:50 PM . The Gap show we can save the electricity because we not run air compressor if we don’t use ( 70 Unit/Day ) Saving about 63,000B/Year
Saving Before After
saving energy 69-64 = 5 unit/Hr energy decrease = 4500B/Month
Stop Air conditioning on break time 30 minute and automatic turn off all Air conditioning after office hour 17.00 PM. And can re-start air conditioning system individual if continue to work. Before After The display shown electricity usage significant drop from 65KW. and 35KW. to 17KW. Saving from 12.00-12.30PM. = 30KWH/Day , 22,968 THB/Year Saving from 17.00 – 20.00PM = 150KWH/Day , 114,840 THB/Year
