HIE pilot completed HIE production implementation was scheduled for September 2011 ONC demanded implementation of NHIN Direct and 300 active users prior to continuing efforts to develop query based exchange Implemented in late December 2011 State-AeHN are actively pursuing attaining the 300 active user goal
