(Mumbai-India) CelebiNAS Airport Services India Pvt Ltd, a joint venture of Çelebi Ground Handling and NAS India in which the companies hold 51% and 49% stake respectively, successfully bid on a contract to provide ground handling services at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) for ten years. The contract award was officially announced by Mumbai International Airport Limited on 14 November 2008. Once the contract was awarded, Some of the equipment that CelebiNAS brought into the country in the process of setting up its operations at the airport introduced state-of-the-art technology in ground handling services to the Indian aviation industry for the first time. Operations, which began on 1 July 2009, continue to develop as planned by the company.

Çelebi Delhi Ground Handling Services (New Delhi–India) Çelebi continued its Indian ventures by submitting the winning bid on a license to carry out airport ground handling services for a period of ten years at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). The contract award was announced by the airport’s operator, Delhi International Airport Private Ltd (DIAL), on 18 November 2009. Celebi Ground Handling Delhi received its initial security clearance on 8 May 2010 and began serving its customers on 2 June 2010. Delhi International Indira Gandhi Airport is one of the two most heavily trafficked airports in India and it currently serves about 23 million passengers and 220,000 flights a year. Infrastructure investments planned at the Delhi airport are expected to increase passenger service numbers to 37 million a year by 2012, 50 million a year by 2016, and 66 million a year by 2021.

Terminal Management Having undertaken and completed the construction of the second international terminal, built to handle the growing volume of traffic through Antalya, the heart of Turkish tourism industry and to host millions more guests every year, Çelebi Ground Handling has managed the terminal through a company set up with its partner IC-çta Construction. The Antalya 2nd International Terminal project which was undertaken jointly 50% by Çelebi and IC- çta on the “build-operate-transfer” model, was completed in the incredibly short time of just 11

• months. The number of arriving and departing international passengers at Antalya airport which

has 16 million passenger capacity annually, reached 14,5 million. Built on 550,712 m² of grounds, the total construction area at the Antalya Airport 2nd International Terminal was 448,039 m² including auxiliary units, extra-terminal service buildings, and 102,673 m²

• f outdoor space.

Thanks to the state-of-the-art machinery and equipment used in the Antalya Airport 2nd International Terminal, the terminal's security system exceeds international standards. This is the first facility of its kind in Turkey to be equipped with a six-stage security system. The management of the Terminal which was very successfully carried on during 55 months has been terminated as of September 2009 with the completion of operating phase.

Bandırma Port Çelebi Holding acquired in 2007 the rights to operate the Bandırma seaport, one of the most important seaports in Marmara region for 36 years. The Bandırma Port was taken over from the Turkish State Railways Authority in May 2010 and has commenced operations with 350 people. As a result of equipment investments carried out after the transfer, loading/unloading operations are being carried out three to four times faster than they were under the port’s previous management. This achieved a 100% increase in the facility’s annual cargo handling capacity during just the first six months. In order to achieve greater service integration, a fleet consisting of 50 Mercedes tractors and 50 dump trucks compatible with local requirements was created after the port’s takeover. This has now made it possible to provide door-to-door service, agreements for which have been entered into with all of the port’s major customers. The port of Bandırma is situated on southern side of Marmara Sea about 63 miles from stanbul. It is

• ne of the major outlets for exports/imports of dry bulks of Marmara Region. The port has modern

infrastructure and is protected by two breakwaters, 1,000 m and 500 m long. The width between the breakwaters is 225 m. The port is also connected with state railway and highway network.

“Change One Thing, Change Everything”

Çelebi authored yet another special initiative in 2008 to support education under the campaign launched in 2006 by TOÇEV with the slogan “Change One Thing, Change Everything”, Çelebi gave away boots and overcoats, packed specially to their names to underprivileged children attending school despite financial hardships. Within the framework of the same campaign, Çelebi donated a “school pack” containing a year's worth of school supplies to the needy children so that they can start the new school year with excitement, hope, and a better chance..
