• Buncombe County will be responsible for:

Demolition of the existing buildings, excluding the fire station Construction of the new East Asheville Library All repairs, maintenance, and care of the leased premises

• Renovation of the existing basketball court
• Replacement of the existing playground
• Enhancing pedestrian crossing at Tunnel Road
