EB-3 CATEGORIES

  • Must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years of job

experience or training.

  • Must be performing work for which qualified workers are

not available in the United States.

Skilled Workers

  • Must be able to demonstrate that you possess a U.S.

baccalaureate degree or foreign degree equivalent, and that a baccalaureate degree is the normal requirement for entry into the occupation.

Professionals

  • Must be capable of performing unskilled labor (requiring

less than 2 years training or experience), that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.

Purpose of EB-3 Other Workers (EW)

  • To satisfy labor-market demand for unskilled workers in the United

States, the US government offers an opportunity for eligible applicants to immigrate and work in the US under the EB-3 Immigrant Visa Program

  • Principal applicant may be accompanied by spouse and children below

the age of 21. Accompanying family members are eligible to obtain a green card.

  • NO assets
  • NO educational background
  • NO work experience
  • NO special language training; basic English only
  • No criminal record and good health

Apply for Labor Certificate (LC) from US Department of Labor (DOL) 6 months Apply for I-140 from US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) 9-12 months OR 2 weeks (premium processing)
