WE ARE one of the leading real estate developers and one of the largest real estate holding companies in the Baltics. The main activity is developing commercial real estate in the role of developer, investor and property manager. We specialize in long-term real estate investments: shopping centres, hotels and office buildings.

SHOPPING CENTRES We have developed 9 shopping centres in total. Current portfolio includes 4 shopping centres with 120,000 m 2 GLA and 460 tenants : Viru Keskus in Tallinn, Spice and Spice Home in Riga, Panorama in Vilnius. 31 million visitors annually – 5 times more than we have people in the Baltic states!
OFFICE BUILDINGS We have developed 10 office and mixed-use buildings with 80,000 m 2 of GLA. Current portfolio includes 3 office buildings with 31,000 m 2 , the office buildings host 120 companies with 1,700 people working daily (Delta Plaza and Sõpruse Ärimaja in Tallinn and L3 Biuriai in Vilnius).
HOTELS Current portfolio: 3 hotel projects with 762 hotel rooms and total area of 39,000 m 2 (Nordic Hotel Forum, Tallink City Hotel and Tallink Express Hotel)
INVESTMENTS Since 1997 we have made investments into different real estate development projects, mostly in the Baltic capitals over 350 mEUR. Depending on the market situation in the coming years, we plan to invest 30-50 mEUR annually.
DEVELOPMENT Main focus in Tallinn , Riga and Vilnius . Currently 100,000 m 2 GLA office space in active development. We have strong pipeline of attractive land plots for future developments.
