companies in the Baltics. The main activity is developing commercial real estate in the role of developer, investor and property manager. We specialize in long-term real estate investments: shopping centres, hotels and office buildings.

INVESTMENTS
Since 1997 we have made investments into
different real estate development projects, mostly in the Baltic capitals over 350 mEUR. Depending on the market situation in the coming years, we plan to invest 30-50 mEUR annually.
