Rules For Students To Follow

  • Required to participate in all scheduled activities.
  • Schedules must be adhered to strictly.
  • BE ON TIME!
  • ROOMS
  • Students are not permitted to change rooms
  • Students must go to their assigned rooms at night

and remain there until morning

  • Students will not have access to their rooms

during the day

  • No loud talking/noises will be permitted during the

night

  • All chaperones have the authority to inspect all

rooms at any time

RULES FOR STUDENTS TO FOLLOW

SMOKING: This is a NO SMOKING trip. All school policies apply. This includes Vapes, JUULS, or

  • ther types of electronic smoking devices. This

includes your time in the parks. You are representing Triton Regional High School. If you are caught, Triton’s code of conduct and any other relevant policies will be enforced.

Alcoholic Beverages, Drugs, Electronic Cigarettes, JUULS, or any other kind of smoking device

  • District Breathalyzers will be used on this trip.
  • Possession of Alcoholic Beverages, Drugs, Electronic

Cigarettes, JUULS, or any other kind of smoking device or students who are confirmed under the influence: – Students will be sent home immediately at his/her parent’s expense.

  • If it is found in a room:

– All occupants will be sent home unless one person admits it’s his/hers. – Parents will be notified that they are to wire the necessary money, for student and staff member, and that they should meet the student upon arrival home.

Penalties against the student(s) will be in accordance to the Board of Education rules. This may include exclusion from the prom, graduation exercises, senior banquet, etc., plus consequences as listed in BHPRSD policies.

In Florida, they take shoplifting VERY seriously; they do not hesitate to prosecute individuals for petty thefts. This is particularly true at Disney.

Local law enforcement will only deal with student/and or parent. School chaperones are irrelevant in their eyes. The school district is not responsible for anything lost or stolen on the trip.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES may NOT be rented by students! This includes:

  • motorized carts
  • motorboats
  • jet skis
  • automobiles
  • Lyft or Uber

Students may not invite guests to the hotel at any time!

Bus assignments are final. There will be no changing unless made by the chaperones. Boys are not allowed in the girl’s areas and girls are not allowed in the boy’s areas at any time.

Do not share or distribute these medications! Place these medications in carry-on luggage! Over the counter medications (Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl, etc.) MUST be in a brand new small bottle, “factory sealed” – no

  • pen containers are permitted.

Antibiotics – take only the number of pills you need for the entire trip in the original pharmacy bottle with the correct label and instructions.

  • Mrs. Moore WILL HOLD all “Controlled Scheduled II-IV

Medications”, (i.e., Ritalin, Adderall, Xanax, Strattera, Concerta, etc.). Students and parents must check these medications in with

  • Mrs. Moore on Tuesday, March 17th at a table in the front of

the gym. Place them in a clear zip lock bag with your name

  • n it. Be sure to take medicine before we leave for airport!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL STUDENTS BE ALLOWED TO CARRY THESE TYPES OF MEDICATIONS.

All asthmatics need their inhalers and all diabetics need to have their insulin with them at all times on the trip. Put your inhaler/insulin in your carry-on bag – Do not pack it in your luggage bag! Students with severe allergic reactions due to bee stings, food allergies, etc. must carry their Epi-pens in their carry

How much money should I give my child?

  • Students are given a $10 Disney bucks card

Wednesday-Saturday for breakfast.

  • Students are given one meal voucher for

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

  • Students will have dinner provided at our

exclusive dinner/show on Friday.

What to pack in my carry-on?

  • Pack one day of clothes and any necessities

you may need for your first day.

  • Phone chargers/Portable charger
  • There are lockers in the parks to store your
  • bags. Share lockers with friends!
  • No liquids, including sunscreen, larger than

travel size (3.3 oz/100ml). See packet!

  • Most commonly used carry-on is a school

bag.

  • Disney Trip packet.

What time is curfew?

  • It will change each day depending on the activity

that night. Plan your travel time appropriately.

  • Curfew time means in or in front of your room at

the designated time.

  • Doors are locked and taped within 10 minutes of

curfew time.

  • No food deliveries after curfew time.
  • Security and chaperones monitor the rooms ALL

night.

What is the difference between Disney and Charter buses?

  • Charter buses are private buses for Triton students
  • nly. They will pick-up in the parking lot near our
  • rooms. Buses leave on time and we leave no one

behind.

Do not be late and know your bus!

  • Disney buses are public transportation.

They pick-up in the front of the hotel.

No cutting in line!

What is a Hopper Pass?

  • Disney’s entry pass allowing you to go from

park to park. You will get a different one for Universal.

  • It is needed to get in the park and to fast
  • pass. You need it with you everyday.
  • Take a picture of the back of the

ticket immediately when you get it.

What is Disney’s Fast Pass+?

  • Fast pass allows you to skip long lines by

scheduling a time for you to ride.

  • You can download the “My Disney Experience”

APP

  • You will then go in the Fast Pass line when you

are scheduled. Swipe your card/show your phone to get in!

Report and Flight Times

  • Report to Triton Aux Gym at 2:00 AM
  • Each student will bring their suitcase (maximum weight of 50

pounds) purses, carry-on bags, jackets, and/or sweatshirts/hoodies to their designated chaperone area in the lower gym.

  • Each student will be instructed to open their bag, carry-on

bag, and any other items such as purses, bookbags, jackets, sweatshirts, etc. and stand by the bags until they have been inspected.

  • After inspection, all luggage will be tagged, and placed in a

row by the chaperone, this includes all carry-on bags and jackets.

  • All items will remain with the chaperone.
  • At this time students will report to the main gym.

Students should only have one layer of clothing on when they report to the main gymnasium. Similar to when you go through airport security. After all items have been inspected by Triton faculty and administration, they will be inspected by a police K-9 unit. If the K-9 unit is alerted to something, the owner will be brought to the lower gymnasium and the item will be inspected again by Triton administration and the police.
