  1. Development, Evaluation, and Management of Differentially Private ML Pipelines on MyChosenDataset Assignment XX Name 1 (UNI 1), Name 2 (UNI 2) Name 1, Name 2 1

  2. Overview • Brief summary of your completed assignments and main results. • 1-2 slides. Name 1, Name 2 2

  3. Dataset, Tasks, ML Pipelines • Describe the dataset you chose, the tasks you defined, and the ML pipelines you implemented. • For the dataset, give a table of give information about the number of points, the number of features plus some examples of features, the type of featues and dimensions. A table might help convey this information concisely. • For the pipelines, describe their structure (figures or code snippets would be useful, the types of models you train, and any hyper-parameters that you think are key for understanding the results (a table might be useful). • 3-5 slides. Include these slides with all assignments, not just with Assignment 1 that actually develops these pipelines. Name 1, Name 2 3

  4. Technical Details • Include technical details for the specific assignment you are presenting. The detail differs from assignment to assignment. – For example, if this is the presentation for Assignment 1, then include technical details that complete the overview descriptions you gave in the “Datasets, Tasks, ML Pipelines” slides. – If this is the presentation for Assignment 2, then include technical details of how you made each pipeline end-to-end DP. – For Assignment 3, include two subsections in this section of the presentation: (1) Bugs I Found in Others’ DP ML Pipelines and (2) Bugs Others Found in My DP ML Pipelines. • Unlimited number of slides, but remember that the whole presentation must be < 15 minutes. Name 1, Name 2 4

  5. Evaluation • Pose the questions, describe the evaluation methodology, then for each question, present one or two graphs that convey the answer. For each graph, don’t forget to spend time introducing the graph (x, y axes, various lines, … ). • 4-5 slides – methodology, plus ~one slide per question. Name 1, Name 2 5

  6. My Take-Aways • Formulate your key take-aways from this and previous assignments. • 1 slide. Name 1, Name 2 6

  7. Acknowledgments • If you’ve taken ideas from someone/ somewhere in a way that is awkward to cite inline, please acknowledge them here. • 1 slide. Name 1, Name 2 7

  8. Cited References Name 1, Name 2 8
