It was long believed that sustainable development was about standards, regulations, risk prevention or the minimization of negative impacts on the environment, caused by companies. But being not quite as bad isn’t enough to actually be good, and that is no longer the issue at stake. Fundamentally, companies are the most powerful forces of our time, and combine human creativity with the power of money. This force needs to be put to action, to solve the greatest challenges of our era, at the core of its reason for being, its economic model, its product and service offer, etc. Positive and humanist innovation is the only form that counts – to improve the human condition, life in society and our relationship with nature. But also to ensure the success of these businesses, because there is no economic model on a failed planet. That is why together, we have created the NOÉ program: to imagine new solutions, invent offers, economic models and the brands of tomorrow. And to say that often, what seems impossible has simply never been tried.
NOÉ is a sustainable development seminar designed for companies to help them invent the offers, economic models and brands of tomorrow. 150 intrapreneurs, three days spent focusing on one vision: “Dare to invent the future you want” It has been co-created from an original idea by Utopies, Danone and Greg Bernarda Strategy Design, in partnership with nod-A and Strategyzer.

Cultivate an intrapreneurial state of mind to redefine the boundaries inside your own company. Create a lasting community of positive innovators in all sectors and in all occupations.
