entertainment which will attract and retain footfall & spend

brings a better quality of life to the town centre & more

Clonmel 2030 Transformational Regeneration:

• Ambitious and integrated;
• Result in a more attractive people focused town centre,

increasing vibrancy, activity and connectivity;

• Streets play a more active part of the town centre experience &

become an additional income generator for business premises

• New vision will support the development of new opportunities

for local businesses – they will feed off the requirements of the new market;

• New opportunities can be created for commercial and

residential development on currently vacant and underutilised sites;

• Clonmel will offer a different but rewarding sustainable

experience to those who choose to make their home here and who visit here.
