MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND THE FUQUA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS GLOBAL IT: FUQUA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS PHASE 1 May 11, 2009 As outlined in the Phase One Requirements Document, dated May 11, 2009, Fuqua will have primary responsibility for the following areas in the Cross-Continent MBA program launch scheduled for August 2009

  • Hardware
  • Software
  • Learning platform
  • Web services
  • Student, faculty, and staff support
  • WAN and LAN (to and within hotel sites)

OIT will provide support in the following areas:

  • Administrative applications: OIT will communicate scheduled maintenance

windows to Fuqua IT and administrative application users.

  • Telephony: OIT will provide cell phone provider recommendations to staff and

faculty at Fuqua global sites.

  • Audio/Visual support: OIT will work with Fuqua to identify and implement

tools to meet the audio/visual needs of Fuqua global programs.

  • Remote software management tools: OIT will work with Fuqua to identify and

implement tools to enable remote software management for globally located machines. In all cases, whether Fuqua or OIT has primary responsibility, both organizations will collaborate in the provision of services and technology tools. Where Fuqua has primary
