  • Dr. Gokoo is the Chief Medical Officer for American

Medical Technologies. During his 33-year medical career, he has provided needed strategies to clinicians in the field of wound management. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and is a prominent key speaker at national and international society meetings regarding the many facets of wound management.

  • Dr. Gokoo is a Diplomat of the American Board of

Wound Management and a founding member of The American College of Certified Wound Specialists.

Sandra Frahm, RD, LD

Department of Inspections and Appeals

Sandra joined the Department of Inspections and Appeals as a Health Facilities Surveyor in January, 2011. She conducts surveys in: acute hospital, critical access hospital, and long- term care settings. Sandra graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics through the Coordinated Undergraduate Program. Her work settings have included: acute hospitals and the Iowa Veterans’ Home. She has practiced as a Dietitian Consultant providing: clinical nutrition care, inpatient and outpatient education and counseling, in addition to management of food-service

  • perations.

Vice President of Food Safety and Public Health, Ecolab, Inc.

  • Dr. Hanlin currently supports strategic public

health initiatives for Ecolab’s Healthcare, Water, and Process Services. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Microbiology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland; a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Temple University; and a Doctorate in Biology and Microbiology from Syracuse University.

  • Dr. Hanlin brings 25 years experience in the

food industry and holds patents in food safety preservation systems. In 2009, he provided recommendations to food safety policy makers in the U. S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Agriculture.
