 Tourism in the Adirondacks region is a $1.4 billion industry, supporting 21,347 jobs.  Warren County represents 42% of the region’s tourism sales, with nearly $603 million in direct tourism spending.  Direct traveler spending in the region increased 5.5% in 2017.

 Tourism in the Adirondacks region generated $411 million in direct labor income and $679 million including indirect and induced impacts.  Tourism is most significant in Warren County, generating $298 million in labor income, including indirect and induced impacts.

 Tourism in the Adirondacks generated nearly $178 million in state and local taxes in 2017.  Sales, property, and hotel bed taxes contributed nearly $100 million in local taxes.  Warren County produced 42.6%
