Swim Wales’ performance mission is to systematically produce swimmers capable of progressing onto the British Swimming Mission Pathway and winning medals at the Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games. 1. Provide a Swim Wales Performance Pathway that actively supports the systematic development of swimmers with the skills necessary for success at Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games. 2. Provide a day to day training environment throughout Wales that supports and encourages the appropriate development of swimmers in line with the performance objective. Strategic Aims 3. Develop a coaching and Sport Science team with the knowledge, character and arena skills to consistently deliver World Class standards in both the day to day environment and the Swim Wales Performance Pathway. 4.
