  3. ‘Words for All’ Sharing Reflecting Developing. The culture shift: Data – GL Assessment. Curriculum time assemblies Monitor + target= Book of the month happy headteacher Reward system – engaged with reading WBB – targeted reading group. Poster flood – staff reading/competition board.
