IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
- Climate Adaptation Monitoring Group (“Monitoring Group”) to be
established as a sub-committee of the Climate Change, Environment and Recreation Strategic Policy Committee (“the SPC”).
- The Monitoring Group to comprise of four Elected Members nominated
from the SPC, three Sectoral Members nominated from the SPC and Officials from the Executive.
- The remit of the Monitoring Group to make recommendations to the
SPC on policy related to Climate Adaptation and any Amendments to the Galway City Council’s Climate Adaptation Strategy 2019-2024 (“the Strategy”) adopted by Galway City Council on 9th September 2019
