You must give Administration advance notice in writing, if you are unable to attend all rehearsals. Only valid reasons will be accepted. (Doctor/Dentist etc.) (Notices to Ms. LoMazzo) Auditorium Meeting Friday, May 20th (Per 1,2) Gym Rehearsal, (large/small gyms) May 23rd (Practice will begin at 7:30 am) Brief Rehearsal on football field. Wear hats/caps/glasses/sunblock to protect yourself from the sun. (Water bottles only)

 No decorations on caps  No additions to the gown, including flowers (except

school approved organization/club regalia)

be allowed to walk- Don’t let it happen to you!

Ceremony Guidelines

 No cell phones  No purses- leave with family or friend  Students under the influence will not be

permitted to participate in the ceremony

 Bring cap/gown in hand to the site  Final dress check before entering the

seating area at the stadium

  • Diplomas/Certificates will be given the next

day for seniors who are absent or were disciplined during the event.
