Price & conditions of CCTX intervention

  • Our interventions are focused on results awaited by our customers. What we call “results” can be a proven “cost

reduction” or cost avoidance but also “in house” productivities, service level improvements or the implementation

  • f a more efficient process. We provide expertise , support, project initiatives to get the results happens but the

customer is the sole Project Manager.

  • We generally calculate our fees on a man per day price depending on the qualification and the experience of each

consultant.

  • We propose to invoice our fees on a fair deal agreement linked to the results and the customer’s satisfaction:

– For instance, we can propose a “proof of concept” mission when we start with a new customer: limited to

  • ne site and a short period of time (2 weeks), we process a complete opportunities analysis of the local

transportation spends + our estimation of the potential savings + an action plan to process these savings - we agree with the customer to pay for our full fees only if he is satisfied with the results. – Over this phase, we agree a planning of intervention cadenced on monthly report results & deliverables that can be checked and justifies our fees.

  • Travel expenses are invoiced at cost on a monthly base.
