school doors. They will :

  • ‘check in’ with Mrs Sonnex-Hurd in the lower hall and drop their bags there too.
  • Medicine will be given to Mrs Batten Medicines (need to be clearly labelled

with name and instructions)

  • and;
  • pocket money to Mr Woodman
  • All items should be labelled with child’s name on.
  • Please ensure that your child has had had breakfast.

Essential Information

  • Children need old but warm clothing, slippers or indoor shoes

(your best clothes and trainers will be ruined so don’t bring them)

  • One set of clothing may get completely wet and muddy so please

provide black plastic strong bin-bag to bring home in. It would be helpful to have two sets of trainers- one dry for use in the evening and next day.

  • They all need to bring a waterproof jacket and trousers, gloves,

hat, towel and swimming costume, swimming hat and head

  • torch. Remember your child needs to be able to carry all their

luggage from the coach to the accommodation in one go- so practise from your home to the car on the way to school. A head torch is much better than a hand-held one.

  • Please pack your child’s bag with them (so they know what’s in

there!) and remember to include a book and a small, favourite cuddly toy.
