Excel data provided to FP&C by the District was not sorted and included duplicated students. FP&C edited original files to unduplicate students for Total Enrollment and confirm course credits. Exception: NLC students were removed from SAC data and SWC students removed from SPC data to obtain their respective individual campus enrollments. The enrollment chart above indicates the unduplicated enrollment, including dual-credit students but not including CE only students.
