COVENANT PRECEPT BIBLICAL REFERENCE We also engage to maintain family and secret devotions; to Mark 16:15 The Great Commission religiously educate our children; Proverbs 22:6 Religious training for children to seek the salvation of our kindred and acquaintances; Ephesians 6:4 Fathers teach children I Timothy 2:1-3 Pray for others to walk circumspectly in the world; to be just in our dealings, Ephesians 4:1-32 Walk in a manner worthy of Christianity faithful in our engagements and exemplary in our Ephesians 5:15 Walk circumspectly deportment; 1 John 2:6 Walk in a Christ-like manner Micah 6:8 Do justice Titus 3:1-2 Avoid gossip and slander to avoid all tattling, backbiting and excessive anger; Ephesians 4:31-32 Avoid anger Ephesians 5:18-19 Avoid drunkenness to abstain from the sale and use of intoxicating drinks as a 1 Timothy5:22-23 Keep yourself pure/drink judiciously beverage; Romans 14:21 Don’t cause others to stumble and to be zealous in our efforts to advance the kingdom of Romans 12:9-16 Christian love our Savior. We further engage to watch over one another in I Peter 3: 8-9 Christian sympathy brotherly love; to remember each other in prayer; to aid each other in sickness and distress; to cultivate Christian sympathy in feeling and courtesy in speech;
