How It Works with the State Registry • AZ MyIR is a consumer portal that connects with ASIIS. • The program allows patients to view and print official copies of their immunization records. • Patients will have direct access only to their approved records. • Patients will not have access to ASIIS – AZ MyIR is a separate portal. • All changes and updates to vaccine records are by providers only within ASIIS. Provider Office Role • One-time enrollment process per patient. – Enrollment process is typically completed in less than 2 minutes. – Authenticate patients and approve requests for accounts. • Provide patients with materials that offer step-by-step instructions for accessing copies of their immunization records.
