2017 Accomplishments

  • Completed 6 year plan to refurbish all the landscaping on common

property in The Dominion.

  • Negotiated a 3 year maintenance plan with our vendor, Maldonado, with a

5% reduction from the prior contract. The contract also has 3 1-year

  • Continue to work closely with SAWS, with whom we have a 5 year water

conservation contract.

  • Have established detailed maps, timetables, and schedules to better track

the neighborhood maintenance work.

  • Surveyed the common property to determine landscape projects that

would be most impactful for 2018.
