Dominion Hil ills/Lucchese Tra ract • 67 Acre tract of land south of Dominion Drive and west of Brenthurst • With completion of covenants and secured perimeter fencing, community was converted to Dominion gate house entry in November 2017 • The old Independence Village Condo Regime has been dissolved and residents now have ownership of simple fee lots under Covenants for Lucchese Village • Lucchese Village lots are currently being assessed HOA fees • New residential tract (Lucchese Gardens) has recently gained acceptance of its covenants • Currently all common land and streets remain with Developer until HOA standards are met for land annexation/turnover to HOA
