• Development Update
• 2442-2454 Bloor/Humber Theatre, Settlement Hearing April 23rd
• 2115-2117 Bloor/Harcroft, on hold, the site is for sale
• 2265-2279 Bloor/Durie, the original proposal abandoned
• Avenue Study & Heritage Conservation District HCD Study
• BWVRA advocated for both of these Studies for many years
• the Avenue Study has been completed
• BWVRA is urging the City to implement the recommendations
• HCD evaluation is nearing completion
• BWVRA is on the Advisory Group

• Business Improvement Area (BIA)
• we have continued to build our relationship with the BIA

supporting their initiatives/notices of their activities

• Growing Our Membership
• paid-up Membership has declined
• our Distribution List has now grown to more than 700 Residents
• the website is being kept current and topical

• continued to support the activities of Safe Rail, Green 13, LEAF
• sending out notices about their activities & awareness campaigns
• Provincial & Municipal Election Candidates Debates
• two very successful all Candidates Debates in May & October
• there is another Federal Election coming up this Fall
