  • 2115-2117 Bloor/Harcroft, on hold, the site is for sale
  • 2265-2279 Bloor/Durie, the original proposal abandoned
  • Avenue Study & Heritage Conservation District HCD Study
  • BWVRA advocated for both of these Studies for many years
  • the Avenue Study has been completed
  • BWVRA is urging the City to implement the recommendations
  • HCD evaluation is nearing completion
  • BWVRA is on the Advisory Group
