ACAP III had three components: 1) Victim Assistance for the civilians of conflict

– Immediate Assistance (foods & non-food items, immediately after incident) – Psychosocial Counselling – Physical rehabilitation support – Income generation assistance (to those who lost livelihood)

2) Institutional Capacity Building for VA (mainly MoLSAMD) 3) Advocacy & Outreach (Awareness on VA)
