• What are they seeking?
• What do they need?
• What do they want?
• Match ministries & workers to meet the needs of guests
• Guesterize: hosts, welcome table with host, ushers, introducers,

pulpit greeting, refreshment table, and the 5 minute rule

• Systems- follow up is a process, not a one time event
