  3. Currently….. As the Executive Director of AKCCL, Christina is responsible of leading the company in its mission, overseeing all business operations and programs, developing company policies, and ensuring that all programs are within state and federal compliance. It is her goal that AKCCL provides services that move others forward, being an organization that not only fulfills needs, but provide quality services that enrich the lives of others, while making a significant difference in communities around the nation.

Of Marketing & Resource Development – Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Louisiana • Senior Project Manager with Research in Action, Inc. • Assigned to Delaware & Maine Department of Education • For 12 years, United States Army and Louisiana Army National

  5. Service Programs The conditions associated with many families and communities, are discontinuity in education and community hardship. AKCCL addresses these conditions by two areas of focus: academic enrichment programs (After-school tutoring or Summer Enrichment) and community outreach.

Program Specifics • AKCCL is ran by Educator of which many are from the district/surrounding school districts. • 70% of our student are repeat students • 83% of the staff are repeat staff • Assessments are conducted weekly and an electronic report will be sent to the parent/guardian, as well as the student’s school principal. • The program is performance based and have measureable objectives • Holiday/Closure • July 3 and 4 th due to the district and their security contractor will be off. • Payment amount is still the same considering that the daily rate is $25.00/day.

Program Specifics Continued • Communication Channel -Text Subscribe to 51555; 225-242-9402 or 225-286-9374 • Please view the website for updates • Field Trips - Every week via school bus transportation • Program T-shirts are worn every Friday. • Weeks Missed - We have committed 8 week of service to you and your child(ren) and we ask that you honor your commitment.

Policies & Procedures • Drop off at the earliest is 6:45 am. • Student pick up is 5:30 pm. • Late pick up is one dollar ($1.00) a minute starting after 5:45 pm. • Payment is paid biweekly (for two weeks) and due the weekend prior to the service weeks. • Payment due dates are Fridays, May 26, June 9, June 23, and July 7. • Late payment fees are $10.00/child/day (Payments are late if paid after the Monday @ 6:45 am of the service week following the due day. • Parent/Student Handbook

Community Outreach – How has AKCCL address community needs? • All student attending the program for the full 8 weeks will receive schools supplies • The parent dinner and end of program award ceremony will be Thursday, July 20th from 5:45 pm until 6:45 pm. • There will be our “Family Day at the Park” on July 22, 2017
