  • Develop the stick figure of your adult learner.
  • Give the adult learner a name.

4. Brainstorm how he/she will achieve his/her academic/workforce goals

  • How he/she would currently navigate the

system

  • What path might be ideal to achieve his/her

goals in an accelerated fashion 5. KH will then cluster the small groups into 3 larger groups to share best ideas for acceleration

  • Identify the 3 best strategies
