  • Creating the entire Farm to ECE training has also felt like

  • 3. Increase ECE educators’ skills and knowledge in nutrition and agriculture educational

classroom activities.

  • 4. Implementation of statewide policy to sustain support to ECE programs in serving

local products (i.e. increased reimbursement program, clarified food safety state code, etc.).

  • 5. Establishment of a network of central kitchens and/or food HUBs to increase

availability of local products for ECE programs to serve.
