  9. T H E S E B I L L S : • Provide for duties of EDCs, PUC, community solar organizations, and subscriber administrators of community solar programs • Legislative intent is for PUC to encourage broad participation of low and moderate income groups, and renters

T H E S E B I L L S : • Include the transferability and portability of customer subscriptions within the same EDC territory • Require the community solar organization to compensate the EDC for reasonable costs of interconnection • Allow the EDC to recover reasonable costs from community solar subscribers to administer the community solar program
