Physical Achievement • Panchayat level Vaccination Camps organized from May, 07 for HS-BQ vaccination resulting into non occurrence of any epidemic in spite of unprecedented floods. • Panchayat level Vaccination Camps organized from 15 th January,08 to 31 st January,08 for FMD vaccination. • Treatment for Liver Fluke which manifested during flood is also being given in these camps. • Pathological laboratories set up at sub divisional level hospitals for diagnostic purposes including mastitis control. • NCPBB programme supplemented by RKVY for establishment of liquid Nitrogen storage facility. • Training of Veterinary Officers and Live Stock Assistants. • Training of Poultry farmers. • Pilot project for establishing Fodder Bank at 8 places. • Low input poultry being introduced.
