5th Erbil International Building - Construction, Municipality Equipment & Natural Stone Exhibition was held between 21-24 of May 2012 in Erbil, Iraq. The official opening cer- emony was held with the participation of Deputy Construction & Housing Minister - Mr. Kameran Ahmed, Mawlood Governor of Erbil - Mr. Nawzad Hadi, Consul of Egypt - Mr. Suliman Osman, Consul of Iran - Mr. Agha Karime, Commercial Attache of Turkey - Mr. Sayer Erbil, Erbil International Fairground General Manager - Mr. Abdullah Ahmed and Chairman of Pyramids Group Fair - Mr. Mohamed Sherif Hashem. As one of the most eminent construction event in Iraq, Erbil Building attracted 144 exhibi- tors from 16 countries, covering a full range of the latest constrution technologies and solu- tions. Covering large scale of building & construction industry & sub-sectors with full support from local and regional trade unions, associations, governmental and ministerial bodies and chambers of commerce increased the event’s importance even higher. 5th Erbil Build- ing attaracted 12.700 visitors ( audited by UFI ) during 4-day event.
