  3. An Analysis: Facility Space In 2018, the Training Division has delivered over 2,581 Hours Special Operations Center (SOC) (358 Days) of training. 4119 Dupont Ave, Minneapolis, MN In 2019, the Training Division will deliver approximately 2,700 hours of training.
