• Revised Chapter Board with an increased focus on long-term/strategic

initiatives

• Empowered Division Executive Committees for effective division leadership
• Empowered Subcommittees within chapter and each Division
• Designed and managed gender, age, "Rec vs Compete" based programs with

targeted and predefined outcomes

• Planned increase in chapter membership
• Established Satellite facilities

• Increased parental and volunteer engagement and appreciation
