Tim Hortons Coaches Clinic – November 21, 2015

  • Minor hockey coaches register online to attend presentations from

coaching experts with a focus on player skill development and fun and get to watch a Sens practice.

  • Coaches in attendance receive a coaching package including a coaches

clinic handbook featuring numerous drills, a practice planner, Tim Hortons gifting and more. – HEO will award points towards Maintenance of Coaching Certification program – Over 700 minor hockey coaches registered in 2014. – 8,200 hockey coaches have registered over the past 12 years. www.ottawasenators.com/coachesclinic

Senators Junior Skills Challenge presented by Canadian Tire

  • Teams host their own skills competition involving an assortment of

skill testing exercises with their results being sent in to the Ottawa Senators.

  • Top performers from each team are invited to participate in one of

the Regional Finals, with a chance to move on to a Championship session being hosted at Canadian Tire Centre.

– Champions win the opportunity to participate alongside the Ottawa Senators during Sens Skills.

  • Great way to develop skill development in a fun setting.

Future Sens presented by Canadian Tire

  • Minor hockey teams play an exhibition game at

Canadian Tire Centre with same game-production as an Ottawa Senators game including player introductions, national anthem, music during stoppage of play, goal horn, and more

  • As part of the program, participating teams purchase a

set amount of team tickets and get to watch the Sens player later that night. www.ottawasenators.com/futuresens

Sens Gameday Experience presented by Esso

  • Fans are able to attend a Sens Gameday Skate at

Canadian Tire Centre free of charge with a non- perishable food donation to the Ottawa Foodbank.

  • First 500 kids in attendance will receive an exclusive

Sens poster and a gift bag from Esso.

  • Minor hockey teams can register in advance to receive

Equipment for Kids

  • The Ottawa Senators, Hockey Eastern Ontario, and Canadian Tire

are continuing to collect new and gently-used minor hockey equipment for families and associations to make use of.

  • A generous supply of equipment is still available should any

association have a need, contact HEO or the Ottawa Senators to make arrangements.

  • Equipment donations will once again be collected at all Canadian
