- The SMT will serve as the MCCS’ primary advisory team, providing input,
feedback and assistance to the BOD and Charter School at large
- Their areas of recommendations will include the following primary areas:
- School operations, safety, parent feedback, communications,
academic programs, school calendar, Intersession development, event planning
- The SMT will meet on a regularly basis, but no less than monthly, to review
these topic areas, assess needs and make recommendations to the BOD for action
- The SMT and the BOD will meet regularly to improve the working
interchange and engage future planning efforts and collaboration
