Parking would be directly EXISTING accessible from Brielle Avenue using the existing DRIVEWAY TO entrance or from the vehicular network within BE REPLACED Seaview. Widening of existing curb cut and addition of sliding gate, addition of parking access gate. New play area, new site lighting at play area and along new road and parking area.
