Zika can infect both males and females. About 1 in 4 people infected shows symptoms. The virus can be transmitted from person to person through bodily fluids, like blood. The virus can be transmitted from a pregnant woman to her baby and could lead to microcephaly. The virus spreads through mosquito bites.
