Z-Gold Exploration Inc. is an exploration company based in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec and listed on the TSX-V under the symbol ZGG.



The Company is exploring for gold and base metals in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt (AGB) of Ontario and Quebec (Timmins, Matheson, Kirkland Lake, Rouyn-Noranda, Cadillac, Malartic and Val-d’Or).



Renewed interest for gold mining properties located in the famous Timmins Camp including the Matheson camp decided Z-Gold to acquire the Abitibi Gold Property (Munro Twp).



Z-Gold has recently acquired gold and base metals properties in the Casa Berardi camp (Casa Berardi Property)) and Val-d’Or mining camp (Vauquelin Property).



Renewed interest in the old gold mining camps of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt (AGB) which has historically produced + 180 MM oz Au and 450 MM tonnes of Cu-Zn is powered by the recent stellar drill results of Lakeshore Gold Inc. and Timmins West Mining (83.4 m of 12.75 g/t Au and the MM oz deposit of the Osisko Mines in Malartic (6.5 to 10 M.M. oz Au).



The Abitibi Gold property is located on Pipestone and Destor Porcupine’s splay faults.

a practicing lawyer for more than 30 years. Mr. Frigon has been active in the mining field since 1992 and was a director of Greenshield Resources Inc., Fieldex Exploration Inc. and is currently CFO and a director of Explor Resources inc. Laurent Hallé

• Mr. Laurent Hallé is a consulting geologist and Project Manager with Yorbeau Resources Inc. since

January 2009 and has served in the same capacity with Aurora Platinum Corporation, Lakeshore Gold Corporation, Superior Diamonds Corporation and Fieldex Exploration Inc. Mr. Hallé acted as President for X Terra Exploration Inc. in 2008. Jean Roy

• Mr. Jean Roy is an investor and businessman with a long standing interest in construction and for the

mining industry in the famous Timmins mining camp. Mr. Roy is President of JCML Resources Inc., a private junior exploration company and President of Val-d’Or Royalties Inc., a holding company.
