BACKGROUND

Youth Empowerment Services (YES, INC.) is a grantee of the Teacher and School Leader grant, Equity Pipeline, since October 2016 where we have successfully implemented recruitment processes and retention programs for our district partners through focusing on teacher preparation and development before they enter the classroom.
