Members should opt into the USWP Leagues (2018 Oregon Spring League) Members must have processed a photo ID with USAWP JOQ* team will need a Gold membership and Age verification. *To be eligible players must be registered with WVWP or an affiliated OEP team All fees include a T-shirt and pool costs

Tournament Schedules – will be posted on the Calendar Events for each event, as soon as we get
- them. We have no control over when we get them or how many times they may change. You must
check the web page the day of the tournament for the most up to date schedule. ALL players should be at tournaments 45 minutes before first scheduled game. ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID WITH THEM AT ALL GAMES!

Cost $200.00 per player this covers team hard cost T-Shirt,
Showers, Food (Breakfasts and Dinner). $175.00 of this will be waived
if 2018 volunteer hours were achieved.
U 14 coming up for the day only. Cost $100.00 per player
this covers T-Shirt and game fees. $80.00 of this will be waived if 2017
volunteer hours were achieved.

Parents at Open Water: All club parents are
expected to work the open water at some point. This is our club’s main source of income for the year and the reason we are able to keep our dues as low as we do.
Working for your high school team does not
count toward your club hours.
Parent camping is at Sunnyside Camp Ground.

OEP gives players of all age groups the opportunity to be part of
competitive Junior Olympic teams, while remaining active members of their home club

Your coach must know where you are at all times We hang out as a team (this is so important) Always have a buddy Overnight trips
All players are the responsibility of the coaches on the trip. No boys in girls rooms or tents and no girls in boys rooms or tents.
Breaking these rules will get you sent home at your expense!

Most important is to come to practice, those who attend get the most playing time in tournaments. All players will play if they participate in practices.
Concussion Rules
All WVWP coaches have taken classes to recognize
concussions.
All WVWP players and parents must read and sign
- ur concussion information sheet.
Some of the signs of a concussion:
Dazed, stunned, confused, forgetful, clumsily, slow to
respond to questions, moody, loss of memory, headache, nausea, dizziness, vision problems and more.
We all have a responsibility to be on the lookout!
