Construction Update and Milestones
- Notice to Proceed (NTP) was issued February 7, 2017.
- Tilt wall panels were completed on June 30, 2017.
- Structural Steel Erection was completed on July 24, 2017.
- Roofing work has started and will be completed by October 13, 2017
- Window installation started and will be completed by September 30, 2017
- Exterior painting to start mid-October.
- Interior work is in progress.
- Project will be 40% complete as of September 30, 2017.
- Project remains on schedule for Substantial Completion on May 14, 2018.
