Principle loading / unloading

Hydrolock - phases description .
Loading
Products are loaded in dedicated container “tube”
Pre heating
Products are preheated by hot water sprinkling, water’s temperature can reach 98°C
Sterilizaton
Sterilization by water steam or air + water steam mixture . Maximum allowable temperature is 143°C at 3 bars pressure. Cooling Products are cooled totally immerged in cooling water at sterilization pressure. Cooling water’s temperature is regulated. Atmospheric cooling Products are cooled at atmospheric pressure when partially immerged in 2 vats where temperature is regulated Unloading Products are automatically unloaded on a conveyor.
Pressure and temperature inside the product (green) are following closely the ambiance (red)

Handling principle with rotation
The rotation of the carriers leads the products in rotation Products are in constant rotation during all the process System : tubes / chain in stainless steel Principle : Products are loaded inside tube carriers, free
