  • Basalt cobbles are melted to lava
  • Out of the melted rock : hairthin fibers are drawn.
  • The twisted threads are called : Continuous Basalt Fibers
  • With these fibers we can manufacture :

  • This textile is also used for injection with resins and epoxies.

Bf-11 plain weave of gladdle-binding , weight 370g/m2 (+/-25%) Bf-13 twill weave of keeper-binding , weight 270 g/m2 (+/-25%) Bf-100 twill weave of keeper-binding , weight 210 g/m2 (+/-25%)
