Ferry Advisory Committee Update

returning DC from 2:40 to 1:10 PM

Will be changing banks from CIBC to Island Savings Credit Union

2017 Financial Records are with the Auditor

Initiated monthly meetings with ID and FD staff (trustees are welcome)

Rigorous training continues

FF-1 and FF-2: Proboard certification through VIERA

26 exams, 44 skill evaluations, in house (9 completed since the fall)

Spring and summer off island training (safety officer, fire attack I, water rescue)

Fire Season focus on Wildfire and ground fire response
