The TSC is about Comraderie  TS C has reciprocity for its trips which includes summer trips and activities.  We have a summer delegates meeting that we host at a fun venue, this has included S ummer Mummers (where you get popcorn in your pants and other interesting locations), the beach and a party barn in West Texas.  Parties and Happy Hours after meeting.
